The Benefits Of Zumba®

Zumba® combines Latin inspired dancing with fitness exercises.  It is a fun, effective, low impact way to dance you to a fitter, healthier lifestyle.

The Zumba® craze originated in the United States during the 1990’s, where it soon became very successful.  It has more recently become popular in the UK and is now considered a fitness sensation by many people across the country.

There are so many benefits of Zumba® and I have listed merely a few.

·      Zumba® is effective in aiding weight loss.  In recent years figures of obesity have risen dramatically.  For many people it has become a way of life to sit playing games consoles and eating fast food.  By attending a Zumba® class for an hour you can burn over 400 calories and get a toning workout as well.
·      With easy-to-follow choreography, Zumba® is easy to follow and suitable for all ages and abilities.  It’s a workout the whole family can enjoy.
·      It can help relieve stress and boost your mood.  Dancing is one of the most enjoyable forms of exercise.  The moves involved in Zumba® cause the release of mood altering endorphins, leading to a happier, healthier you!
·      Zumba® can improve your cardiovascular health.  It has been shown in research performing physical activity can improve the condition of your cardiovascular system.
·      There are so many classes you can join, whether you’re looking for Zumba® in Manchester, London or anywhere else within the UK.
·      Joining a Zumba® class is a great way to meet new people and make new friends.
·      Zumba® is so fun and exhilarating, it motivates you to return to class!

The list is endless.  In the past, exercise has been a boring chore for most people, the main motivation being to lose weight and feel fitter.  The difference with Zumba® is that people go to Zumba® classes because they want to.  Not because they feel they should.  It’s like attending a party and getting a full body workout at the same time.

Because there is now such a great demand for Zumba®, there are so many ways you can partake in it.  In addition to the classes there are DVDs and games for the playstation and the Wii.

The popularity of Zumba® is increasing day by day and it is now practiced across the globe.  In the UK people are currently Zumba® dancing in Manchester, Birmingham, London and throughout the country.
Join the Zumba® party, by signing up to a class near you!

VW Camper Van Decals

If you have a vw camper van that you would like to personalise, one of the best options available to you are camper van decals.  Decals are basically waterproof stickers that can be custom designed to reflect who you are or in the case of businesses, who your company is.  If you are considering camper van decals you may have a few questions in mind.  We will try and answer some of them here for you.
Will Camper Van Decals Ruin My Paintwork?
Camper van decals are made from adhesive vinyl and will not damage your paintwork. However, it is important that when applying decals that the area you are going to apply to is clean and wax/grease free as dirt or grit trapped under the decal could otherwise damage your paintwork if not removed first.
How do I Install a Camper Van Decal?
Installing decals onto your camper van is simple.  First clean your camper van and measure the area where you will be placing your decal.
Decal Application Instructions
Generally, decals come in three parts:
1. The Carrier Film (top layer)
2. The Decal (Middle Layer)
3. The Backing Sheet (Bottom Layer)

Preparation
a.      Vinyl material has a sort of ‘memory’ so If your decal arrives in a roll, you should unroll it and lay it flat for a while before applying to your vehicle, this way it will handle better.
b.      Avoid applying in windy weather.
c.      Clean the surface you are applying the decals to ensure it is clean, dry and free of any dust or residue (use soap, water and a lint-free cloth).
d.      Ideally, the surface temperature and air temperature should not be below 10°C. It may help if you use a hairdryer to warm up the surface temperature.
e.      After your surface is clean, offer the decals to check that it fits in place. If necessary,      remove any excess carrier film and backing sheet. Make guidelines with masking tape or a non-permanent marker if you wish.

Application
a.      With a large design, soap and water can be sprayed onto the surface to help manoeuvre the sticker into place.
b.      Carefully remove the backing sheet from the decal, Making sure that no part of the decal remains on the backing sheet.
c.      Holding the decal/carrier film, position one edge of the decal onto the prepared surface in the correct location.
d.      Slowly offer the decal onto the surface, rubbing it down with the edge of your hand/squeegee as you go.
e.      Using a credit card or squeegee, rub down (from the middle to the outer edges) until fully        applied, expelling any air or moisture bubbles as you go.
f.       Slowly remove carrier film, ensuring that the decal does not lift with it. We recommend that you leave the carrier film on for 10-20 minutes before removing; this will ensure that the decal will adhere to the surface fully.
g.      Any air/moisture bubbles will usually disappear after a few weeks. If not, you can use a pin to puncture the vinyl and squeeze the air/moisture by pushing down with your thumb or squeegee.

Can I Still Wash My Camper Van?
Of course you can.  Camper van decals are completely waterproof and will not ruin when covered by water. However you should not scrub the decals when washing your camper van as this could damage them, instead use a sponge.
How Do I Know What Size I Need?
If you know what model your camper van is you can order the size of decals to fit your camper van.  Most  decals can be ordered exactly to your specifications so there is no need to choose a standard size if you want something a little different.  All reputable decal supply companies will work with you to provide decals that match your vehicle exactly.
Is it Easy to Remove Camper Van Decals?
If you have decided your camper van needs a change or if you are selling it and need to remove the decals, don’t worry.  The easiest way to remove camper van decals is with focussed heat from a heat gun or even a hair dryer.  The heat will work to loosen the adhesive so all you will need to do is pull it up slowly.  If the decals are applied on the camper van windows, a squeegee or a razor blade can help you to remove it without damaging the vehicle.

Parking At Manchester Airport

Whether you are departing from or arriving at Manchester Airport, if you are not planning on leaving the airport via public transport it is likely that you will need some information about parking at Manchester airport.  Luckily due to the size of Manchester Airport there are a number of airport parking options available to you, all of which are much more affordable than you may initially expect.  The car parks at the airport are also completely secure so if you are planning on leaving your car for a long time you can rest assured that nothing untoward will happen whilst you are away.
Why Opt for Parking at Manchester Airport?
If you’re currently weighing up the pros and cons between airport parking in Manchester and taking a taxi cab, you may be wondering why airport parking is so popular.  The main reason is because it’s quite often cheaper than a cab (depending on how far you need to drive) and it gives you peace of mind.  You can book airport parking in Manchester months before you even leave for your holiday. The same cannot be said of a taxi cab.  Plus after a long flight home the last thing you will want to do is be hassled with a poor cab driver, who takes the long route in order to get a few more pounds out of you.  Instead when you book a car park at Manchester airport, all you have to do is pick your car up and drive straight home – on the route you want to take.
Airport Parking Options
So if you’re settled on parking at Manchester airport, what options do you have?  Let’s take a look:
  • Parking within the airport grounds – This is the ideal solution if you are travelling with a large party, travelling with young children or the elderly or have a lot of luggage.  Parking in the airport grounds is the most expensive option but it is also the most convenient and can place you directly next to your terminal building if you book in advance.
  • Parking outside the airport – There are a number of long stay car parks located outside Manchester Airport and some of the nearby hotels are also happy for you to leave a car with them for an extended length of time.  This is cheaper than parking within the airport grounds but you will need to find a way from your car park to the airport terminal.
  • Park and ride – This is many people’s preferred option as it is the cheapest and you can still feel assured that your car is secure.  If you opt for this option you will park your car at one of the park and ride car parks and then take a free shuttle bus from the car park to your required terminal.
The great thing about all of the above options is that you can book them before you travel and when you consider the convenience and affordability of them, you won’t hesitate to opt for Manchester airport parking again.
