What is BootCamp Training

The term Bootcamp is used in the fitness industry to describe group fitness classes that promote fat loss, massive increases in fitness levels through personal challenges, partner drills, and camaraderie and team effort.

Who are BespokeLife

Bespoke Life are a team of Fitness Professional who provide various classes in the Altrincham and Hale area of Cheshire including, Zumba®, Boxercise and Personal 1-2-1 Fitness training.

The Altrincham Bootcamp classes all held indoors and outdoors and are a one-stop class for all your health and fitness needs regardless of ages, ability or fitness level. We have devised several results driven and effective programs that will help you achieve your goals whilst having fun at the same time. They are designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone and are a snip of the price of a personal trainer!

BespokeLife’s Approach to Fitness and the Intensity of the Altrincham BootCamp Classes
We pride ourselves on our professionalism, our approach to fitness and the ongoing investment we put into out class instructors, we are always reviewing new areas of fitness and if we think it will benefit our clients we are likely to include it in our class.

Intensity of the classes is individual to our trainees making exercise possible for all abilities with slight adaptations, progressive and regressive to meet the individuals’ abilities and needs, this is applied to all aspects of our BootCamp fitness program

Bespoke Life Bootcamp training programs take place over 5 week blocks and include interval training to promote fat loss, improve cardio health as well as strength training using your body weight and some of the latest equipment around!

What to Expect when you first arrive to an Altrincham BootCamp Class
You will be asked to complete a physical activity questionnaire (PAR-Q). This will will enable your fitness instructor to identify what fitness activities you have performed before and if you have any injuries he or she may need to know about before you start your first Altrincham BootCamp fitness class.

Do not worry if you are new to fitness, everyone has to start somewhere. You will find all members easy to talk to and we pride ourselves on the camaraderie we instill in all our classes, no egos just like minded people wanted get fit and have fun at the same time.
